Delivery Time Estimates

We work with limited stock, and most items are produced to order.

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouses on both the East and West Coast.

Some orders may be sent separately, but tracking is always provided.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most international orders arrive within 2 weeks, after processing. U.S. orders typically deliver within 4 business days.

Order processing is usually confirmed in up to 3 days.

Taxes & Duties

Some of our products are produced and shipped from outside the European Union. In these cases, orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and/or administrative handling fees, as determined by the tax and customs authorities of the destination country.

Any amounts charged as an import and handling fee are intended to cover logistics, operational and processing costs related to international shipping. These charges are not official taxes and do not replace any duties or fees that may be applied by customs authorities.

Customs procedures, rates and clearance methods vary by country and are outside of our control. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

Returns Policy

Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to offer size exchanges.

Size guides are provided for every piece.
