Refund policy

All our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications.

As each item is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer size exchanges. Detailed size guides are provided for every product — please review them carefully before placing your order.

In the event of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at management@nervecollectiveclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
